ETRUSCAN NUMERALS

   The identification of Etruscan numerals has been established from two principal sources, the study of a die from Tuscania, where the six numbers were written on sides of the cube, and from the age of deceased individuals in tombs. Intermediate numbers in Etruscan were formed by subtraction in a similar way to the construction of numbers in Latin.
