SANTANÓN

(Rafael Muñoz Andrete)

   bald "little person" actor, generally in supporting roles as the villain's sidekick. Santanón was the actor inside the skunk's costume in the Caperucita Roja series (he was also a big, sword-wielding cat in El Gato con botas). Late in his career Muñoz had a major dramatic role as the father of Manuel López Ochoa in Padre nuestro que estás en el cielo (1971).
