.Ставка предоплаты по купону ценных бумаг, обеспеченных закладной, которая даст доходность CFY, равную доходности купона базовой ценной бумаги (обеспеченной закладной). Используется для определения ставки предоплаты, которая даст ту же доходность CFY, что и доходность базового купона, для купонов, его превышающих. Для купонов ниже базового безубыточная ставка платежа используется для определения самой низкой ставки предоплаты, которая даст ту же доходность CFY, что и доходность базового купона.Инвестиционная деятельность.
