По общему правилу, цена финансового инструмента должна быть равна чистой текущей стоимости ожидаемых денежных поступлений по этому инструменту. В контексте секьюритизации сроки выплат по ценным бумагам зависят от скорости досрочного погашения обеспечивающих активов, поэтому процесс ценообразования должен включать в себя разработку сценария поступления денежных средств от активов с учетом досрочных выплат.
