FAS 95
Financial Accounting Standard No. 95, Statement of Cash Flows. A rule promulgated by the AICPA that requires all audited financial statements to include a statement of cash flows in the audited reports. Under FAS 95 rules, firms may elect to prepare the required statement of cash flows using either the direct or the indirect method defined in the rule. American Banker Glossary
