- не всё же X-у делать Y ≈ X can't go on doing Y forever;
- thing X can't go on (continue) forever;
- [with the focus on spending too much time on one activity] person X can't (shouldn't) spend all his time doing Y;
|| не всё же дождю ( снегу и т.п.) идти••≈ it can't go on raining (snowing etc) forever.
