   Canadian composer, conductor, organist and educator. He was born in Winnipeg. He taught music in public schools in Toronto, and from 1988 he served as director of music at the city's Temple Sinai. He wrote Jewish liturgical music, and Echoes of Children commemo-rating the children who died during the Holocaust.
