BARTLEY, LUELLA

(1973- )

   Bartley studied at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London. Known for her signature handbags, Bartley showed her first line of womenswear in London in 1999 and another in Milan in 2001. She grew up with horses and the influence can be detected in Bartley's designs. In 2006, Bartley entered the world of middle-American teens when Target stores launched her clothing and accessories in the United States market.
