   The site was vacant in O.S. but is now covered by Plumtree Court, Shoe Lane.
   2) East out of Aldersgate Street, in Aldersgate Ward Without (Rocque, 1746-L. Guide, 1758).
   The site is now occupied by offices and business houses.
   3) North out of Angel Street and east out of Butcher Hall Lane. In Farringdon Ward Within (Rocque, 1746-Horwood, 1799).
   Site now occupied by the Parcels' Office, Great Northern Railway.
