   A two-faced Etruscan divinity, corresponding to the Roman Janus. He is usually depicted as nude, clean shaven, and wearing sandals. The root of his name is the same as the root of “cults” or “door.” He is associated with and defined as the keeper of the gate on the Piacenza liver.
