■ A UEFA committee whose main duties are to supervise UEFA's technical and football assistance or exchange programmes within the UEFA member associations, to monitor the development of the UEFA Convention on the Mutual Recognition of Coaching Qualifications, to oversee grassroots and player development, and to cooperate with the Union of European Football Trainers.

► The Development and Technical Assistance Committee is supported in its work by the Jira Panel, the Grassroots Football Panel and the UEFA technical instructors.
