Aldolase
die, -/-n, Enzym der Glykolyse, das Fructose-1,6-diphosphat in Dihydroxyacetonphosphat und Glycerinaldehyd-3-phosphat spaltet. Auch die Umkehrreaktion wird von der Aldolase katalysiert.
