CFCERTIFICATE
A Dutch bearer bond or bearer share with a certificate and attached coupon sheet. The CF-coupon sheet does not have individual coupons. Only custodians that are participant in the CF-system can keep the certificates in custody. Euroclear Clearing and Settlement glossary
