Ehrlich, Paul: translation

(1854-1915)
   German scientist. Born in Silesia, he discovered bacterial strains and also a new variety of white blood corpuscles as a research student. Later he became a professor at the University of Berlin. In 1908 he shared the Nobel Prize in Medicine and Physiology.
