Cyberslacking: translation

The act of avoiding work and/or other responsibilities by scouring the internet in search of games or other non-work related amusements. Cyberslacking is estimated to cost companies billions of dollars a year and has forced some companies to block or limit access to certain types of web sites.

Various surveys suggest that personal internet usage is among the leading time-wasting activities in the workplace. And the recent explosion of social networking sites like MySpace, Facebook and Twitter hasn't helped, especially since more and more companies legitimately use such sites as marketing platforms.
