   Argentine writer, editor and journalist. He was born in Kishinev and was taken to Argentina as a child. He edited monthly literary reviews in the 1920s. In 1928 he helped to found the Argentine Writers' Association. From 1935 he lived in Chile. His writings include Ruth y Noemi, El angel y el leon, El Castellano y Babel and Cuadernos de oriente y occidente.
