Arkhip m

Russian: from Greek Arkhippos, composed of the elements arkhē beginning or rule + hippos horse. St Arkhippos was one of the earliest Christians, twice mentioned by St Paul in his epistles (Colossians 4: 17; Philemon 2). Tradition has it that he became the first bishop of Colossae in Phrygia.
