ADENOSINE RECEPTORS

Four adenosine receptors have been identified, A1, A2A, A2B, and A3. All are seven membrane-spanning G-protein coupled. There is considerable difference in properties of receptors from different species. A2A receptors regulate voltage-sensitive calcium channels.
