найдено в "Ancient Egypt"

Modern name for a site in Middle Egypt on the east bank of the Nile north of Asyut where the governors of the 12th nome of Upper Egypt were buried in rock-cut tombs during Dynasty 6. Some of the scenes in one tomb served as a model for similar scenes in a tomb at Thebes dated to the Saite Period. The tombs were copied by Norman de Garis Davies in 1900 and in 2004 by an Australian expedition.
