fertiliser: translation
a substance containing plant nutrients which is added to agricultural land to maintain or increase its fertility. Two kinds:
organic - manure from livestock, compost from crop cast-offs.
inorganic - man-made chemical additives especially nitrogen, potassium and phosphorous.
