ELIEZER OF TOUQUES

   French tosaphist. He edited most of the tosaphot incorporated in standard editions of the Babylonian Talmud. The disciples of Meir of Rothenburg used his tosaphot extensively, and it was through them that his versions became accepted in France and Germany.
