■ A board composed of 11 members representing the European Club Forum, whose main objectives and duties are to ensure the necessary flow of communication and information between UEFA and the members of the ECF, to be responsible for presenting solutions and proposals to the UEFA Club Competitions Committee on behalf of the ECF, and to submit suggestions or issue recommendations on current professional football topics and on statements by the ECF on topics concerning the club football sector and dealt with by other UEFA committees.
